Rosemary helped my sister and I sell our mom’s house when she needed to move into a nursing facility. The house had been neglected a little due to my mom’s failing health, and we were nervous because we didn’t know where to begin. Rosemary helped us sort through what was necessary, what would help sell the house the fastest, and which items the new owners would most likely prefer to do on their own. (such as new carpet!)
