Backed by 30+ years of professional marketing and sales expertise, I have taken my passion for working with people, negotiating deals, and my love for the rich quality of life in the Greater Des Moines area and built my real estate business on one guiding principle  - always do the right thing, no matter what. It is truly an honor to lead families and individuals through the intricacies of buying or selling a home or investing in real estate. I am in my 12th year as a REALTOR and I love what I do.

As a Keller Williams Luxury REALTOR®, I specialize in luxury real estate while bringing the same level of expertise, strategy and personalized service to clients at every stage of homeownership. My experience spans from high-end and luxury properties, first-time home buyers, custom home builds, acreages, townhomes and condominiums. This wide range of experience allows me to efficiently guide my clients through their home buying or selling situation, advising them through challenging negotiations and keeping their lifestyle and financial interests as the top priority.

 

My past clients will tell you that I am an excellent communicator who follows up and doesn’t miss details, a savvy negotiator with their best interest at heart, that I use aggressive marketing strategies to ensure we sell our homes in the quickest amount of time and at the highest dollar and that I run my business by the highest of ethical standards with an emphasis on uncompromising integrity.

 

I am a lifelong Iowan and blessed with a wonderful family - my husband, Joe, and I have been married for 32 years. Together we are investor partners in the Keller Williams Greater Des Moines, Ankeny and Ames market centers. We have two daughters, Isabela and Zoe, who I couldn’t be more proud of, and our Bernadoodle, Scout, who on some days is sure lucky she’s so cute. Outside of real estate, I love spending time with family and friends, traveling, exercising, snow skiing, decorating and giving back through our community and church. When it's time to slow down and recharge, you'll often find our family at our happy place - our log home in Northwest Montana.

 

One of my greatest passions is helping save babies through Count The Kicks™, a stillbirth prevention program I co-founded after experiencing full-term stillbirth of our daughter in 2003. What began from a deeply personal loss has grown into a national maternal health program dedicated to improving birth outcomes through educating and empowering expectant pafrents. I'm incredibly proud that since the program's launch, Iowa's stillbirth rate has decreased by 30%, and Count The Kicks™ continues to expand its reach globally.
